I discovered Michael Connelly about 2 years ago & wait for each new book with anticipation. Combining 2 characters was a great idea - both Haller & Bosch are entertaining by themselves & together make for double the reading pleasure!

I am a first time reader of Mr. Connelly and I was not disappointed. I will be buying more of his books. It was very entertaining. Thank you Mr. Connelly for a good book.

Excellent book!

A lot of mystery writers really go overboard with legal lingo and politics, but not this author. Mr. Connelly is a great writer who sticks to just good, legal thrillers. No gore, no mushy romance, just a great murder mystery. This is my second book by him that I've read and I intend on ordering more. Definitely a great one to get.

One of my favorite authors, Connelly never disappoints and the Brass Verdict keeps the tradition rolling. Have read all his offerings and Mike is up there with the best, far above the likes of Dan Brown, and Patterson. Usually, you can count on a good author bringing in a new character, as, well... not so hot, but not with Connelly, almost up there with my favorite James Lee Burke, but different MO's while still grabbing the attention and holding it throughout. Thanks, Michael. Another superb job!

Connelly is a genius and this book has more twists and turns than a pretzel. Brilliant characterizations too. The story draws you right in and won't let you go. I look for more stories about Mickey Haller, the lawyer who suffers through it all.
